Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC)

The Aging and Disability Resource Initiative is funded by a collaborative effort of the Administration on Aging (AoA) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Twenty-four states are actively developing aging and disability resource systems. Forsyth County is serving as one of two pilot sites in North Carolina.

A website was designed for our local advisory council to keep updated on meetings and obtain copies of meeting notes and important documentation.  The following link goes to the  Aging and Disability Resource Connection website.
