The
Aging and Disability Resource Initiative is funded by a collaborative
effort of the Administration
on Aging (AoA) and the Centers
for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Twenty-four states are
actively developing aging and disability resource systems. Forsyth
County is serving as one of two pilot sites in North Carolina.
