AARP's "Powerful Tools for Caregivers"
Classes Scheduled for Remainder of 2008
Feeling stretched?
Balance your life with this course offering.
If you provide caregiver help for an older relative or friend, you may benefit from this educational program designed to provide you with the tools you need to take care of yourself.

"Powerful Tools for Caregivers" is an educational program designed to help caregivers reduce their stress levels, improve self-confidence, better communicate their feelings, and increase their ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources. Three additional courses have been scheduled for the second half of 2008 at varied locations in Forsyth County.
Each course consists of consecutive weekly sessions. Participants receive a copy of The Caregiver Helpbook. Refreshments are provided. Donations are accepted to defray the cost of the course but are not required in order for you to attend.
